We currently limit blood testing to alcohol only, as blood is the best alcohol PEth test available. Urine indicates up to 3 days of consumption and hair provides multiple occurrences of high alcohol consumption up to 90 days. However PEth gives a better picture of alcohol consumption for a period of up to 3 weeks.
